They play soccer starting at 9:30 at night and bash the soccerball against a wall making a terrible racket. Ya' I like to have fun too, but I am at least considerate. If MY kids want to scream like wild animals we go to the park. (usually)
If I can't get some sleep, I wanna at least have a little fun, and maybe give them a clue,too!
My husband has to wake up at the of dawn.

Wouldn't it be easier to just have a talk with the neighbors and tell them that you both need your sleep and they are keeping you awake?
Or how about getting one of those Air horns and blow it out the window at night when they start getting noisy.
Turn the lights on when they wake you up and look out the windows or step out the door to see where all the noise is coming from. Stop and look at them..
Find their soccer ball and hide it.. (giggle)

nicely the different day i become in that state of drunkenness the place you're particularly plenty asleep yet not yet. base line i ended up with whipped cream on my face. Their, loss, i'm getting to eat.
