Find a water source. (Ocean, lake river etc.) take some edibles and good music. Under the stars is the only way to go. Theres just something about water.

streak through old peoples' yards
get an early start TPing peoples houses
find a big gravel area and do lots of donuts
shoot cans with a bb gun
good lord--the possibilities are just endless

my friends (both guys and girls) and i rented a movie and then we all laid beneath the stars and looked at the sky once it got dark and talked for hours. It may sound lame, but it was a lot of fun. u should also play the game truth- one person asks a ?, and u have to anwer it truthfully...

have a bonfire on a beach and go for a night swim.
tell stories.
make smores.
sing songs liek wonderwall and hey there delilah (better if someone can play guitar and brings one)

go to the beach and have a campfire and roast marshmallows. =) that would me a romantic night with ur gf?? 4 ur friends you could go to the park and play a game of soccer or whatever then go out for ice cream! fun! =)
