14' x 16' = 224 sq.ft

600 sq. ft can be made using 15 by 40 ft, 20 x 30 feet etc.

a 14' X 16' building is 224 sq ft.
you multiply 14 times 16 to get the square footage.
you could build a 20' X 30' and have 600 sq ft

You multiply length and width. So 14 x 16 (224) is well within your range. A handy way to think about it is to find the square root of your limit, so for 600, that would be about 24 1/2 feet. If your room were a perfect square, that's your limit.

sq ft is just Length x Width... 14x16 easily fits into your 600sq ft.

you only have 224 sq feet if you had something 24x25 feet then you would have 600sq feet
