Yes, we men like to look at the outward appearance. However, ask how many of us would be willing to spend our lifetime with the most beautiful w**re and you will get the answer.
Personally, if God ever wants me to marry a girl, I hope it will be someone who loves God with all her heart, is ready to love me and that I may come to love with all my heart. For true love makes even the simplest girl to appear beautiful to the beholder.

As a follower of Jesus, we may not be actually called towards playing the dating game etc. In case you are searching for a future spouse, there are a lot of other ways: most Churches that are evangelical have young boys and girls involved in various ministries - like youth, music, outreach programmes etc. If you could be a part of one, not only will such activity help you to come closer to God but may also provide you with the opportunity to meet the right person God may have in mind for you.

As much as I would like to say differently, guys (including me) are visual and the first thing they see is the physical, what the girl looks and acts like. It is this physical attraction that brings the guy to the girl.
Although once the guy gives to know the girl, the other aspects come; however, this physical attraction which maybe not as strong is still there.
Guys are about four years behind in maturity. They really have no clue about what they want in a girl resulting in strange behavior. You will see guys attracted to a girl but are unable to build a relationship.
Answer: Guys are different that girls.
