Not usually however; my friend is a doctor and I was told that if you have been seeing the same doctor over a period of time and you are a 'female' particularly, a doctor can tell if there has been 'growth' in the clitorial area for it will appear larger and more open in females who consistently engage in masterbation. Men sometimes will have some discoloration and chaffing with regular practice.
