I was just asking myself the same question about a co worker...I came to the conclusion that they were just nosey. Or feel empty. I guess it depends on the person.

They're nosey is all. Maybe scared of something. Who knows?

Probably because they are bored of their own. They want to justify what they are doing in their own life
