Most likely RAM. Unplug PC, remove RAM. Clean the pins by rubbing with the eraser tip of a pencil. Put RAM back. Reseat twice before locking in.

If it is beeping while running, processor is overheating. Clean you fans and heatsink.

now does it beep and not turn on at all?
if so, its could be a ram problem.
take out the ram that installed
and reinsert back make sure it fits all the way
and restart.
if it still beeps, then its a software problem
where u make some changes to the windows registry
so you can try reseting the cmos
it works most the time when someone changed something on the computer.
look at the last picture-its near the big battery to the side of it is a black pins you can take that out and is labeled cmos, take out the pins from 1-2 and put on 2-3 and then put it back again , http://realprogrammers.com/hack/IA-1/disassembly.html

if you push too many keys at once it will beep at you. but it could just be a setting. try going to the control panel then clicking on keyboards and mouses and look in there.
