This is my motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813128034

and I'd like to buy this RAM for it - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227124

and I'm wondering if they will run together, and if they will, can I also include the new RAM with my old. Here's the link to my old RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227124
I appreciate the help!

Those RAM sticks are high performance RAM that work at 2.1V. Would work great with enthusiast or overclocking boards with wide Vdimm adjustment range. BIOS of regular retail boards might use a lower default voltage (1.8 or 1.9V). You may have to manually set it to 2.1V in BIOS. Otherwise those RAM sticks might not be stable or not work at all.

YOUR OLD RAM AND NEW RAM ARE THE SAME BUT IF YOU USE A 32 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM IT WILL ONLY USE 3 GIGS OF RAM !! IF YOU INSTALL THE 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM IT WILL BE ABLE TO USE ALL 4 GIGS ( BUT THE 64 BIT OS DOES NOT HAVE A LOT OF SOFTWARE WRITTEN YET FOR IT )
