you should get something that wont iterfere with your regular life but also a pet that you like to play with like me i have a chihuahua and i play with him and he doesn't iterfere with my regular life but i guess thats because i trained him

Just depends on different things. Your environment, your life, etc. If you're not home much, get fish or a cat. If you're home often, a puppy is great. If you have a big yard, get a big dog. If you live in an apartment (and they allow pets) get a cat or a small dog. Do you like birds? Maybe a parakeet or a cockatiel. There are so many things to consider when getting a pet. Good luck!
