If you went back in the past to kill your grandfather, before he met your grandmother, had kids ect... would you suddenly disappear?
Would changing the past suddenly change the present/future?
I.E., The movie, Back to the future? What are your thoughts on this? let me know.

First of all, why would anyone want to kill their grandfather?

In theory, mind you, if you could go back in time to where you could meet up with your g/f then aside from the dim view of wanting to off a family member, if you were to even possibly just meet up with him, something would prevent you from doing so.

This thing called the grandfather paradox would take place. Changing the course of your g/f's life resulting in him possibly not meeting your g/m, etc. resulting in yourself not being born is only a fraction of what the possibilities could entail.

Your grandparents not meeting could affect countless others resulting such a change to take place that the future that we live in now would unravil, breakdown, dismantle and disintegrate. And it wouldn't stop there.

Fortunately that is not possible. The laws that govern and keep order are of a much higher plane. Precisely the spiritual realm. The realm of God.

He keeps all things of His creation in precise order that we can exist and live our lives . God has given us life ...for such a time as this... to acknowledge Him and what He's done and to give Him the glory.

Certainly time travel is interesting but it is a thing of sci-fi. Besides, the capacity to be able to leap the time barrier would take an enormous amount of power.

That is nothing that man can acchieve.

Time travel is not possible unless you also theorise about parallel or divergent universes etc. Too complicated to answer but in short, you will disappear from this universe and may appear in a different universe where you had a different grandfather.

I haven't seen that movie that you described.

Or the movie Deja Vu with Denzel Washington. That movie just blew my mind. I love to think about things like that.

Time is a dimension with no dimension, you can't travel through it.
