The Brits are handing over because there job is done, just as the Americans are doing throughout Iraq. This has been going on for quite a while. try and keep up.

the only thing that would make me happier is if bush could find a way to muzzle pelosi so we could get some badly needed work done...of course im happy about it..it means the surge is working and the liberal wingnuts are wrong.
