Well first of all you need to understand the nature of "sweat". The water that appears on the surface of a container full of liquid happens because of a combination of two things:
#1 Too much humidity in the air.
#2 Liquid in the container is colder than the ambient air.
Obviously you don't have an air conditioner operating right now because that would solve the problem immediately. The only other things I can think of is to help reduce the humidity in the bathroom with a good ventilator or to somehow increase the temperature of the water in the tank. I don't know if there are any products that can do that, but if there is that would solve the problem too.

You can buy toilet tank liners which are made from high density styrofoam and create a temperature barrier. The idea is to keep the inside of the tank away from the cold water, which then stops the outside of the tank from being too cold, which is what is reacting with the outside warm air and causing the sweat.
Go to your local hardware or building/reno supplier and they will be able to help you.
Toilet tank liners are also good for the environment as they reduce the unnecessarily large amount of water that your toilet flushes away every day.

You can insulate the tank or buy a mixing valve that mixes some hot water with the cold when the tank fills. It uses very little hot water to bring the water temp but it does cost a little more since you are flushing warm water.
The extra plumbing that is needed makes installing a toilet with an insulated tank a better option.

I took care of that problem by installing a low volume toilet made by Niagra. It holds the flush water in a trough inside the tank so no water touches the tank wall until you flush it. Bought it at Home Depot for $100. Best one I ever bought.

A tank liner inside will reduce the condensing of water on the outside.
