OBD code P1665....?

Our 99 Olds Cutlass rejected the emissions test with an OBD code of P1665. We had the solenoid something replaced and the check engine went off and came back on. Our mechanic said it should be fixed, but no luck. Any ideas on what other part it could be?

Its the evap vent solenoid circuit. It could be a bad connection, broken wire or a bad solenoid. The web site below gives all the codes.
