I did a little work for a union once, and there's no way they can tell unless you've told them in the past. They do keep it on record though, and I guess employers might do the same, so be careful who you tell.
And if you're a registered member, that's on the public record. Any Joe Blow could find out.

They obviously can look up what party you belong to, but not how you vote. Although most people vote for the party they are registered for.

belonging to the party they don't like, you

They cant look at who you voted for but they may be able to see what party you are registered under

If you are registered with a certain party political affiliation, then I think it is a matter of public record. Although for them to discriminate against for being a member of that party is totally against the law.
Voting is secret and cannot be searchable as a matter of public record.
If you make donations to political campaigns, that is also available to be viewed publically.

I think it would be illegal for them to try to find out how you voted....also illegal for someone to give them the information.
If you are concerned about voting the "wrong way" just register the way you are expected to and vote the way you want to.
