Hi, im going to buy a new desktop and i have built a PC from HP and Dell. the HP was incredibly cheaper than the Dell with both machines having the same things in them.
I have a Dell XPS laptop and i love the support they have given me.
My question is this: Does HP have the same level of support Dell has? Online? in home? Phone?

In my opinion Dell has more support, because dell's are garbage. I have a dell and an hp laptop and by far HP hands down Hp has great support and I've never needed them b/c nothing has happened. My dell crashed (brand new might I add) within a month of buying it, AND they told me it could happen again....I hate dell!

HP support is anyday better compared to dell support!
the services available are good in HP.
