Ok, while the magazine Popular Mechanics did a good job of going over this, there are some conspiracy buffs that just cannot believe anything the government tells them, even if it is true. (Yes, I know. If the current administration tells me that the sun is shining, I'll go check, but I won't insist that someone put up a fake sun just to fool me.)
So, one at a time.
The engines were recovered. In most crashes, they are recovered in better shape than in the United 93 crash, but most crashes happen around take off and landing, with the pilot doing his best to keep as much control as possible.
In the case of United 93, they went full throttle, straight into the ground at almost the speed of sound. Many small pieces, buried deep into soft ground. It's actually surprising they found as much as they did.
Bodies. The coroner made a widely misinterpreted statement. There were lots of bodies, mostly in unrecognizable chunks (sorry, I can't think of a pleasant way to say that). He stated that as a coroner, he really didn't have a job there, as the cause of death was pretty well determined.
There is another rumor about how debris from the crash made it to a nearby lake, which was described as being over six miles away.
Unfortunately, that "six mile" figure was based on driving mileage, not actual distance, and the debris involved wasn't the heavy aircraft parts that are often described, but were actually some loose paperwork and other light items from luggage.
Assuming that the government faked United 93, you also have to assume that the government has kidnapped and killed the people who were seen boarding that plane and who talked to people on the ground using airphones and cell phones while in flight.
One more tidbit. It has been claimed that cell phones won't work from seven miles up. While I was in the Navy, I would take my cell phone to sea with me when we were doing local operations off the coast.
Since there were no mountains, buildings or other structures between my phone and the cell towers on the coast, I could call from many miles out at sea. Talk to anyone that routinely sails off either coast. Seven miles? Easy.
