how do u delete stuff from your computer drive?

depends. because for some things you can just delete in the recycle bin, and for others, you would have to actually uninstall from your computer.

Disk clean up! You go into your start system maintenance and click it and it will clear up! Or if you have McAfee it also does a clean up 2

drag it to the recycle bin. right-click the bin and empty the trash
