I do have the figures, but not the time to add them all up there are however billions. In 1945 alone they struck 1,040,515,000 just at the Philadelphia mint. If you are a coin collector you should have noticed dealers selling bags of wheat cents, a lot of dealers.

Many, many millions - the lowest year was 1931 in San Francisco, when they only minted 3/4 million from that mint - every other year was more, in 3 different mints, Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco.

Millions. There are coin books that tell you the production for each mint mark and each year.
