my wife has blocked her phone and does not know her puk code. any advice?

Contact the vendor who sold her the phone or call the manufacturer's customer service line.

call the service provider they will give you the PUK code.

get a new SIM card with the same phone number.

call customer service. they will give it to her. thats the only thing u can do
