How about sturdy weather resistant storage cubicles, proper lighting, I know when I was looking for a storage facility, it was always a comfort to know that there were on-site grounds keepers or security personal at all times. Even if it means that you have to have your home on the same property as your storage lot. Being I am a female, the extra reassurance that there was someone else around meant a lot in case I was to have a problem or needed any help. Just a thought to keep in mind. Make sure the units stay safe and dry. Many places sell boxes, tape, and locks. Insurance for the buildings and maybe sell insurance for the units. Some places also rent trucks and hand trucks.
