I'm looking for some music that has some screaming in it. A song to basically listen to express the anger inside when you have a bad day. The louder and faster it is, the better it is. Rock songs are welcome, but please not rap. Thanks.

I dunno about anyone else but when I ticked off I like to listen to AFI's Death of Seasons, Affliciton and Kill Caustic. Davey screams most of the way through these and it's great therapy for me.

Why don't you try Scream therapy? Or, you could just scream into your pillow. Is this helpful?
