I saw an alert, like when you get 2 points for answering a question, only it said "alert, one of your answers has been deleted, -2 points." I never got an e mail telling me what answer to what question or why it was deleted. I got this message late last night. Do they send you an e mail? This was my first deleted answer.

I e mailed customer care and got a standard response that said they could not respond to my e mail directly, but that they would use my information to assist other customers. I just want to know what the answer was and why it was deleted.

I haven't had an email telling me that...yet. It's a bit frustrating if they don't even tell you which answer it was. They can manage to identify your best answers for you, so why not stick to their guns and tell you which was deleted and why?

did you feel offended and violated? I did when my first answer got deleted.

And all I did was ask "what does this question have to do with immigration?" because the question, in fact, had nothing to do with immigration in that category, and my answer got deleted. I was not happy about that because i know Ya made a mistake.

You should e-mail them back and ask they "why."

Usually they send a violation notice. But if you have a Yahoo account, some work is being done and some e mail is late getting sent or received.
