Unless your house is the size of Bill Gates' house you should be able to find it with a major effort. Check pants pockets, jacket pockets, between couch cushions, and the other typical places things go missing in your place. Look in your car just as thoroughly. Try to recall the last time you saw it and what you were doing then to give you good search ideas.

If you don't find it you will lose its address book contents and the assigned phone number if you just give up and buy a new one so that is annoying enough to keep you looking.

This has happened to me many times, luckily I found it. Keep looking for it. But since it's a prepaid phone with no more minutes on it, the worst thing that can happen is you'll have to buy another prepaid phone.

Sorry to hear that bro... same thing happened to me. I had to get a new phone and 6 months later i found my lost 1 in the car... after i looked there 10 times.

But if your battery is dead there very little you can do.
