Does it scare you to think that prisoners can go online almost 24 hours a day?

Some people in this forum could be rapists. does that bother you? I will admit now that I am not 1 of them.

first of all-
if they were "prisoners" they would be in jail, not home on the internet. and the only way that a prisoner is permitted to use the internet is if they are enrolled in some sort of educational program, which is 100% monitored, and it's not for more than 30 or 60 minutes. people in jail dont just have computers to sit on all day.

second of all-
what do you mean by "almost" 24 hours a day.
if they were at home on the internet why couldnt they stay on for the full 24 hours?

.Cant say that i have heard of a prison that allows a dedicated phone line into a cell. The only time I'm aware they are allowed limited supervised access to the net is at education/study times.
Please elaborate more as to how they get 24 hr access

doesnt bother me at all. the convicted rapists are in jail. im more afraid of the ones that havent been discovered. there is a lot more of them lurking online

yes it does frighten me... they should not be allowed unless under supervision...they can do something to a help less seven-year-old!
