How tall and how old are you?

121 lbs is a good weight to be, so losing any more weight would be unhealthy.

With losing in the breast size, it all depends on if you have more dense breast tissue or more fatty tissue. If its more fat, you will lose weight. If you have more dense breast tissue, then you won't lose in the breast size.

Sounds like you have more dense tissue than fatty tissue.

The only option for you would be a breast reduction, which can be covered by insurance (my ins company covered mine 100%).

If you were say over 200 lbs, then losing weight would help in reducing breast size, but you are not overweight and you can't lose enough weight for that drastic of a difference. You would lose some there though.

You will go down to a certain extent it just depends on how much breast tissue you have. If you have a lot of breast tissue it doesn't matter how much weight you lose they won't go down trust me i know. If you have more fatty tissue then you should go down considerably.
