My answer was; Yes. If you answer one question and you get a best answer.
Open an account and review the old questions that no body answered, and answer it.

The guy who got the best answer has now 100% best answers! from only answering one question!

You can also get 100% best answers by opening two accounts. You use one account to post the questions and have the other account answer them. Then you award yourself the "best answer" every time. You can't fail. I hope that I have not opened a can of worms here. For the record, I only have this one account.
