Yes no question of that he lied to get into Iraq had no plan for what to do when Saddam fell and no exit plan to name just one example, he continually shows his ignorance with his inability to listen to his advisors so yes his legacy will be one of incompetence

no bill clinton is because he had no understanding of ethics with the office
