trigonometric identites help!?

Question

the instructions say find values of x between 180 degrees and 270 degrees.

1.)if sin x = -15/17, find sec x...


2.)if csc x = -3/2 find cot x.....




now it says find values of x between 270 degrees and 360 degrees.

3.) if cos x= 3/10 find cot x



4.) if tan x = - 1/2, find sin x



thanks in advance! please explain how u get the answers!!

you dont have to do every single one, but do as many as u can please!

1) take the 15,8,17 triangle sinx = 15/17
cos x = 8/17 and sec x = 17/8
between 180 and 270 is quad3 so both sin and cos are negative.
your answer for secx = -17/8

2) the triangle is 2,√5, 3
cot x= 2/√5 the answer is positive.

Try the other two yourself. in quad 4 cot and sin are both negative
