I think Monday since most vacations end and work begins on Monday. But can I keep the holiday Mondays like tomorrow is Labor Day Monday?

If I took out Monday it would just make Tuesday the worst day. I would have to say Wednesday so that the week would be a little shorter will no ill effects.

Saturday, because everyone loves Saturdays. But Friday could be the new Saturday. Lets just go to a 4 day work week, so we can have a 3 day weekend every week.
