Call your phone company and ask them if it can be done.

Note: The account has to be in your name.

If it is in your parents name or someone else. they would have to call.

This should be a technology question, but there is software and hardware that can be bought to spoof others.

That name is the name that is on the phone bill. It is very difficult to change that.

You can use a star number command to hide your identity. Most people block those calls.
