i have someone to help me take care of myself and a place to live but no job and i need to get away from my house and fast!!! i can get a job but i don't know how soon and i have money to start me off until i can get a job!

Emancipation laws vary widely from non-exisitent to fairly simple depending on the state your in. I'd need at least that to find the relevant laws and/or court cases.

Probably not. It is very difficult to get emancipated if you don't have a child. Period. I suggest you contact Child Protective Services. Also, contact your state's Civil Legal Aid office. They can help you!!! What normally happens is that you will be removed to foster care. If you have a place to stay, that person you will be staying with CAN be appointed as your legal guardian, in lieu of a foster parent.

If you are in danger, you should immediately inform the police and child protective services. Look up resources for abused children in your area through google.

The courts will decide if it is safe for you to live with this other person.

Call your local courthouse or go online to your local government website and find out what you need to do. It varies from state to state.
