Every year Peter Rabbit has a family underneath our storage shed and we always watch them growing up. We put fresh carrots and apples out we also put rabbit pellets and bird seed. This year we had 3 baby bunnies and they were joined in the feast provided by 2 baby squirrels. All of this right outside of my granddaughter bedroom window.
She is some what of a nature enthusiasts. In the tree above the feasting area was also a nest of wrens which she watched grow up and fly off.
Yesterday she sat on the front porch with a small white bowl on top of her head with hummingbird necture, hoping one of the 15 or 20 hummers would eat from it. LoL!

PS she is just nerdy like her granny

I have a pet bunny. I think they are a lot like cats--you can get all kinds of personalities. Our bunny, Biff, is not especially cuddlely. He kind of puts up with us. I love him anyway and he gives us tons of pleasure.

YES! They make GREAT PETS in or out of the house,,,,and they are GREAT for human FOOD,,,so they are good TWO WAYS!

Not really. They're everywhere where I live. And they multiply like rabbits (LOL). And they eat my garden.
