If your symptoms of physical ailment can be traced back to a mental or nervous condition, then that would show you. Even an informal exam would be able to determine that.

What illness? If its a sort of aliens are coming to get me, then I'd say it was what you call nervous.
If you've a rash/cough/swelling/bleeding or somethings dropped off, then it's physical.
However, nervous illnesses can cause physical symptoms. If you haven't yet you need to see a doctor. Don't try and deal with it on your own.
**** happens to all of us every day. Theres lots of help available. Don't be afraid. Just ask. Thats all it takes.
