You should get your *** of the computer and go draw or write in a journal. Maybe meditate or even read a book...How about go running or do some leg lifts. Go to the beach if you have one and if not the pool or the lake even the river....go for a swim... how about go to the park and swing and just think about how great life is...work in the garden if you have one...if you don't start one.....

If you are not willing to try something new (within your moral beliefs), then ask a family member -- or someone closeby "what should I do?" it's easy enough, ask a stranger. Project yourself into the future and ask yourself "what should I have done now that time's up?"

Just go do something. Start with walking, get outside you'll figure it out soon enough -- it's easier than you think it really is. Start with writing, that's something to do. I write poems -- good ones too -- they show me who and what I really am. Just try it out.

Read. Read every thing you can get your hands on. When you read keep a dictionary at your side and look up every word you do not know. It will be difficult at first, but eventually you will not need the dictionary, unless you're reading Shakespeare.
