I don't think I understand the question completely?? You can only have a perfect family if everyone is happy ALL OF THE TIME. And no one is happy all of the time. Would you be happy giving up sex? Would your wife? Making love makes people happy that's why they do it to begin with and how they create a family together.

There's no such thing as the perfect family. I would rather continue to make love and have an imperfect family.

There's no such thing as a perfect family. And you can trade "making love" for "having sex"--that way, everyone is happy.

You have to sacrifice alot in order to have a perfect family..but i dont think sex is one of them.You do have a wife that desires you dont you?Unless you are not attracted to her.You can combine it.If you cant, chose what's more important for you and when you decide have no regrets.
