I have a Nolan Ryan 1983 baseball card (no its not a reprint, its real) and it says that it was made by "The Topps Chewing Gum Company." Is this the same company as topps and how much is this card worth? (It is a chrome card)

Chrome is a fairly recent cardmaking innovation; what you have is a reprint (scour the backside and you'll likely find a more recent copyright date, late 90s or 2000s).
Couple of dollars, nothing special.

Maybe 2-3 bucks. And yes, it is same as Topps, that's the companies full name.
