Girls:
Sophia - though Renee isn't a personal favorite, as far as the combo goes
Ella - but since Ella is a very common nickname for Elizabeth, it seems odd to pair them like that. If you like both, my suggestion would be to use Elizabeth as the first name and Ella as a nickname. Then you could also use one of your other favorites for a middle name. Win win. ;)
Boys:
Benjamin Robert
Ryan Todd
*If the middle names don't hold any special significance, these two would also be nice combined. ;) Ryan Benjamin or vice versa.
If you end up with one of each gender, I'd be careful about using any of the more masculine or unisex names for a girl (Hayden, Aubrey or Alex as the full given name). Hayden and Ryan or Alex and Zachary sound like brothers, 100%. Not as much a problem if you have two girls and use, say, Hayden and Aubrey. People will get that you just like that sort of name. But you might want to make it easier to differentiate in a boy/girl set, know what I mean?
Hope that helps, and congratulations!

Here are some ideas (I'm taking names from your list and mixing around/adding to a few.)
If you have two girls:
Alexa Nicole and Aubrey Anne
Sophia Brooke and Ella Renee
Hayden Lucille and Aubrey Renee
If you have two boys:
Zachary Tyler and William Paul
Ryan Todd and Tyler William
If you have one of each:
Aubrey Anne and Zachary Tyler
Taylor Brooke and Tyler William (if you like matching!)
Ella Nicole and William Todd
Best of luck! Twins are so much fun :)

My goodness! Two at a time! Congrats and good luck!
For the girl names I like:
Aubrey Anne
Ella Elizabeth
or for a third option not listed
Melora Lyn (or however your prefer to spell it.)
The boy names are very high on the baby name lists in popularity, but I like
Zachary Tyler
Tyler William
and a 3rd suggestion for you
Torsten or Tristan James
For other name ideas you can look into yours and your husbands ethnic herritage. Because my ethnicity is Scandinavian and my husband's is Celtic we searched for names for our kids that would represent that. It was a lot of fun and really made my Grandma (the one from Denmark) happy and proud. I also wanted to make sure that if our kids go to American schools they won't be one of 4-5 kids with that name in one classroom like I often was because of being named Heather, or like my husband, Matthew, was.
