I love NY Cheesecake!!! Plus, my mother's was the best -- she made the kind that you baked twice and it was rich as all get out. As long as it has a thick graham cracker crust, I am happy with plain or oreo (mmmm).
My best friend from Florida says she uses the pre-made cream cheese filling you get in the dairy dept, puts them in those mini frozen phyllo shells, pops a sweet cherry on top and serves them at her real estate open houses. She swears people LOVE it!! I must try it!

I make cheesecakes to sell and I have made everything from a basic New York cheesecake to Amaretto cheesecake to my personal favorite, Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.

I make cheesecakes and one of my favorites is Pumpkin cheesecake at Thanksgiving!
I also like Dulce de Leche cheesecake (caramel-like), Heath toffee cheesecake, and Black Forest cheesecake (chocolate with cherry pie filling and shaved chocolate on top)

I have yet to try any kind of cheesecake that I DIDN"T like!! LOL But chocolate is right up there at the top of my list! :)

At olive garden during the oct month they have a PUMPKIN cheesecake it is to die for ..i noticed last yr in frozen foods sara lee put one out also.

I like chocolate ANYTHING but I don't eat sugar anymore. (or at least not much) I lost a bunch of weight on the South Beach diet and sugar is a big no no on that diet.
