Attempt to fully drain before going to the bathroom

There are at least two causes for this. The urethral meatus, the opening at the tip of the penis, may be partially obstructed by drying semen or vaginal secretions. This would be akin to putting your thumb over a garden hose.

Secondly, the blood may not have completely drained from the corpus spongiosum that surrounds the urethra, the channel that urine (and semen) flow thru. So the urine dribbles out instead of flowing like a fire hose.

Well, Nick. You just need to take better aim. If you can't aim after sex, ask your partner to guide it for you.
