I agree with you. but that's society today. It's not just us, it's the same the world over.

I would agree with that when I first saw Brian I thought how thick is he and his voice is a nightmare. But what is astonishing is the fact that our country produces losers in ever walk of life and we celebrate that as if it is an achievement.
Anything we do badly it is seen as a victory and celebrated with hearty cheers look at Tim Henman what did he ever win ???? well see a failure. The recent World Athletics Championships excuse for the lack of medals absolutely none other than they have not got the ability to win.
And as you say the wasters of the world like Pete Docherty who is famous for being a smack head because never heard his top ten album !!!!! oh he has not had one .... prick.

At last! Couldn't agree more. They are largely famous for being famous. They have absolutely no talent and will disappear pretty quickly only to be replaced by another batch of the same. Ignore them. Have a star although you do appear to be rather enlightened anyway!

For some reason, we want to know about the flaws and the shortcomings of our celebrities. We have no heroes anymore because people want to know the dirt, the shame and the bad habits of everyone famous. That's what sells, and that's what the media will promote.

lol i cant believe he got through school not knowing who Shakespeare was his stupidity was mind numbing literally if i was his mother i would be ashamed , although he did have good emotional insight , remember the clever people are actually doing something with their lives and don't have time to do telly shows , although that Brian seemed genuinely nice and you don't find many people like that now either , and even Cara Louise who was in it seemed intelligent until we all saw her needing help to whip and egg , its just people all shapes sizes and mental ability .

Brian was more endearing than stupid. We have plenty of 'responsible' talent but we tend to hear about the worst or silliest things about it.

the problem is the people that watch these crap shows. If we had intelligent viewers that didn't watch these programmes they wouldn't show them.
