Well u really should think about it. A digital camera might last a couple years and then break. But a tatoo is there for life. I personally would get the tattoo, although thats cuz i alredy have a camera, but that question is gonna take alot of thinkin. If u rely r dedicated to making somethink on ur body permant, then go for it.
Happy Birthday!

It depends on how many megapixels there are, the shutter speed, and the lens. A little coolpix isn't going to take quality photos the way a rebel might, for example. I have an old (a few years old anyway, with the way cameras are being produced now it's considered old) kodak, easy share 12 mp, and 10x optical zoom. It's not that great, i actually traded it and i wish i had kept my original camera. I never use it, though. I usually use my phone, although the quality isn't as good its always with me. Unlike my camera.

~ If your thinking of a tatoo,,,do reserch first, regarding the tatoo artist and shop. Go in and just observe the surrounding, is it clean,,,licensed, do they have referals available to you regarding their past work. Also a tatoo should have special meaning, dont get a tatoo just for the sake of getting one....it should be a personel , thoughtful reason on why your chosing the design,,,,,
as for should you get a tatoo, or a digital camera,,,the two dont really compare,,,,I would sit and discuss your decision with your parents,,,,,,invite them to come along when you visit the tatoo salons,,,,make them a part of your experience and mabey they will understand your decision better.....

A digital camera. Until you've learned how to spell it, I HIGHLY recommend NOT getting a "tatoo"

well i would personally get a camera even thow i want a tatto and i am only 16 but i dont think im ready because a tatto is on your body for the rest of your life and later in life you might regret getting that tattoo because i know some people that got a tattoo when they were young and they really liked it then but later on they wondered why they got the tattoo in the first place.
but whatever you get i hope that its what you will want to look at for the rest of your life (if you get a tattoo) and make sure you get what you want and not what someone else wants.!
i hope this helps with your decision! :)

15 year olds have no business getting tattoos. Get a digital camera and at least wait another 3 years before you get a tattoo.

Digital camera. You will have more fun taking pictures of all of your friends than you will with a tattoo.
