One great way to calm down is to rub the head of a bald man..

It's an old ancient remedy. ♥

I just quit my anti depressants on Thursday so there is hope. For immediate relief consider breathing, praying or find a friend and play some games or something. It's important not to shelter yourself from others. Long term, you need a lifestyle change. Prioritize and remove some of the stress from your life. If you don't, it will never go away. Also, eat 3 balanced meals or more per day and exercises at least 15 minutes 3 times a week. Most Americans seek fulfillment by filling their lives with as many things as they can. Then when it doesn't work, they get stressed out. Consider a simpler life. Less stuff means you need less money which means you can have more time for things you truly enjoy. As far as companionship goes, you probably don't have time or energy for it even if you had it. Again, simplify then you will have time and energy and because you are more rested and collected, you will be more attractive. No one is seeking a long term relationship with some one who is on the edge. Good luck!

Get a dog and beat it regularly! No (Joke)

Talking is good and walking away rather than cooking off is also good. Anger management may be tough.
There are about a million stress relieving tecniques to use. Try working out or running. You could see a doctor about some happy pills...
Me, I run and work out, take the happy pills....Oh ya, if you can some personal time with your significant other may help work out some stress.
And if all else fails, beat him regularly (Joke) ... Some disipline may be called for and I am not recomending corperal punishment...
Good Luck

By taking it easy.

Remember Two in the home can't have ruffled tempers. If your son is upset & in a fighting mood, enjoy his anger & calm him down with hugs & smiles, Baby! After all, he is a young boy.
