Nehemiah Joseph - you could call him Miah, although that would sound like the girl name Maya; Noam?
I love the combo Ezra Daniel; it works very well, imo.

Nehemiah - very unusual, I wouldn't pick this name, but that's not my decision: Nehemiah Bryce, Nehemiah Joseph, Nehemiah Colin, Nehemiah Kieran (KEER-in)
Ezra - sounds a little feminime to me, but Daniel works with it!
