Since the middle names are both family names, I'd definitely keep them. Your last name is short enough that it's not a mouthful to say the full name, so I wouldn't worry about that.
If you're still concerned, however, I'd be really tempted to use Isadora as the first name! I know it's not one of the top ten names you hear on every other little girl out there, so some might find it an interesting choice, but that's not a bad thing! In fact, it's just a natural progression from the VERY popular Isabella (the 4th most popular name given to 17,954 girls last year ... and that's not counting Izabella, Isabelle, Isobel, etc.!). So really, it would still seem very familiar, especially if you used the nicknames Isa or Izzy, but she still wouldn't have to share her name with half her class. ;)
For what it's worth, if you are going to use Emily, THE most popular name every year since 1996, I'd stick with the traditional spelling. It's still just as common, only little "Emilee" will have the added hassle of having to spell and possibly pronounce her name on a daily basis. If the popularity concerns you, perhaps you'd simply be happier with a name that's genuinely less popular.

I like it. I would keep away from Emilee, though, especially the spelling. It's destined to be spelled with a 'y' at the end, and it's just too common. Isadora and Marie sound lovely together!! Perhaps hyphenate? Yes?

It is kind of long but it's pretty!
Just a suggestion but how about Emilee Marie Isadora Jones? That way if she ever gets in trouble or something and you try to call her name, Emilee Marie comes out a little smoother :)

When my son was born in London, UK, I went to register him and was very embarrassed when I counted the letters of his name and surname!
The generous and kindly man who was recording the Births, showed me the names of the other babies born in the last months, and I was relieved to see that many were a heck of a lot longer!
If you decide to use the names you mention, know that the little girl will probably only use her whole name for official or legal documents, and that she might marry someone with a name longer than Jones!
I hope that she's a happy, healthy child, who cherishes the fact that the person/people who named her, put a lot of time, love and thought into their task!

I don't think it is too long....it flows well together. If you want to make it seem shorter, try:
Emilee-Marie Isadora Jones
This way she only has one middle name, but you still get to use the family names that you want to.
Hope this helps = )

I think that 4 is overkill. I like isadora and marie why not let one of them be the first name. You can always shorten them. my name is jillian but everyone calls me jill. Maybe izzy for short. I have friends named marie. those really are pretty names in and of themselves.

Not particularly, especially since she likely will not use all four on a daily basis. I like the Isadora part, it's different. I have a personal bias against "y" names being spelled with "ee" instead, but that's just my opinion.
