it is possible to become apathetic. it is very possible that you are depressed. you need to try and find something that interests you. try a hobby. find a friend. see a counselor. there are always underlying circumstances to these types of problems and the sooner you know what is really bothering you down deep the sooner you can find a path to recovery. you need hope.

Yes unfortunately it is possible to lose the feelings of love, compassion, and caring for others, over time. What causes this you ask? Its caused by severe violent trauma. In other words things in your life happened so horrifically and they were so bad that you eventually stopped caring for everything and everyone. Sad to say this is how serial killers and murderers and capital crime persons act. When they see a psyciatrist the shrink can only say that they are beyond reproach or fixing because they have no capability of feeling emotions or caring any longer. Once its gone then its gone. I hope that your past does not haunt you any longer and that you can find someone who cares for you and loves you so you can love and care in return. Without love there can be no happiness! Do you want to be happy? Then you must find a way to love to receive love in return! Dont be a serial killer!

Depression can do this to you. Are you also tired all the time, stop doing things you used to like, spending alot of time alone, not eating very good, not showering enough, having suicidal thought? All of these things are symptoms of depression. Has there been an event in your life that has caused you a great deal of pain? Have your mom take you to a doctor and have you checked out. You emotions aren't gone for good. Science can't hardly explain emotions so I think it is an unanswerable question. Good luck sweety and keep your chin up.. See your doctor soon!

well i think that you should tell your parents okay. because i have problems myself. your starting to be a man so you have hormones in your body that is acting out crazy for you. i have a fourteen year old daughter going through the same stuff. usually around that age your hormones dont know where to go and there are so many. you might have a little depression that you might have to get help with also. just make sure you deal with it okay so nothing bad happens. if you need a friend or someone to talk to just email me okay dianaclark1234@yahoo.com just please always tell someone if you try to hurt yourself or you have feelings like that all the time. it will not always be that way you will grow out of it. your just becoming a man so dont worry. dee

Yup, it's possible. You are going through a stage where hormones (hopefully) are coursing through you, changes are happening. It's a stage all men go through, some easy some not. If you feel like hurting yourself or others or feel you can't go on TALK to somebody my friend! You have great things to acclompish in life yet.

It is scientifically possible. It sounds like you are feeling depressed. Your body is raging against itself trying to grow up and out. Try and relax, and know that you don't have to like anyone right now. Or ever! (But you will...)

Now, just focus on school, hanging out with friends, and being a good kid. Help your parents, keep your room clean, find a new hobby... and don't worry.

It'll all work out. I promise.

Good luck, sweetie.

Sounds like you are depressed and you should ask your parents to get you to a counselor so you can talk to someone unbiased and explain this thing you're feeling..or not feeling as the case may be.

Don't give up.

YOU ARE SO YOUNG TO COMPLAIN SO MUCH. GET BUSY AND HELP YOUR MOM AROUND THE HOUSE, GET OUTSIDE AND PLANT SOME FLOWERS AND TAKE CARE OF THE GARDEN. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND GET OUT AMONG CHILDREN YOUR OWN AGE, YOU MAY JUST FIND ONE OR TWO PEOPLE WHO CAN TOLERATE YOU ATTITUDE AND BE FRIENDS WITH YOU. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR OWN THOUGHTS, QUIT FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF.

Do you know how to pray? Thank the Lord for his mercy
he has a divine plan for your life. He is real and he wants you
to let him into your heart.
