It may be time to dump that CPU as well. There were never enough motherboards models produced for the socket 754 platform. For the amount of money it would take to get a board (used-no major players have them listed anymore.) you could buy a new one with a cpu combo deal. This is the way that I would go.

Not sure on the whole power supply on supporting the SLI and why run SLI with such low ram? You would bottle neck pretty bad with that setup. With SLI I would go with 2 gbs of ram. Personally I would just save up for a new system, but if all you need is a mobo and want the SLI there are some listed by others.

Could sell what you have now on ebay and put that to a new system.
