If you're referring to another CURRENT mountain range, that would be the southern portion of the Appalachian mountains.

Both the Atlas and Appalachian mountains were once part of the Central Pangaean Range, which was formed during the collision of Euramerica (or Laurussia) and Gondwana. This collision was probably the biggest step in the formation of Pangaea.
