Unless there's a team that's really desperate for a quarterback or a backup quarterback I don't really see it happening. Even the Raiders, despite everything, is more or less set in the quarterback position. Not as established as they would like to be, I'm sure, but not desperate enough to need an aging quarterback like Testaverde.

Vinny testaverde is way too old to play in the NFL, but I'm sure he could be a great mentor to a young quarterback such as Eli manning or Matt leinart.

It's no surprise to see him get cut. I did see a few passes that he threw in the preseason and he can still put some zip on a football at his age.
I picked him to be the first to retire this year in another yahoo question here.
He could make a good QB coach sometime, so i agree on the mentor thing.

Chances are he will end up watching from home for a while. Then I am sure he will be picked up by someone as a coach.
