Americans have a Constitutional right - and obligation - to "keep and bear arms" against a tyrannical and oppressive government. Unfortunately, until we get up off the sofa, put down the remote, and actually participate in another American Revolution, the monopolistic, corrupt two-party political system will continue to dominate our way of governance. -RKO- 09/02/07

Take back the country? That's a vague statement. This is America, it has always been a place of capitalism and greed. Since the dawn of man corruption and power have been integral. I don't believe the nation has ever been fully in the hands of the righteous, rather it has always been a struggle between ideals of nobility and greed. Bush represents a less discreet version of the corruption that has inhabited this country and perhaps humanity since the beginning. A more accurate statement would be when will PEOPLE evolve, grow and change?
I think we are seeing evolution in the government though, I think we needed to hit rock bottom to realize how bad it can get.
I think the world seems to the naked eye more corrupt than it used to be, but more accurately its just that the corruption is coming to the surface and being revealed for what it is. Are we disgusted? Yes, but it has always been there and only now that we see what we are as people can we perhaps change who we are.

When I come to rule this country, the first thing I will do is take all guns from the hands of citizens. I will then suspend the constitution outright, and use the military to move people from the cities (especially in red states) to the countryside, where they will be put to work at manual labor growing food. Ownership of cars by the masses will be greatly curtailed, and homes will be limited to 8 hours of electricity per day. We will no longer be a meat-eating society, and all religious services will be banned except those run by lesbian and transgendered ministers. Male babies will be destroyed at birth, but a few will be allowed to live in order to serve women.
How do you like my plans so far. More to come...

Most Americans are so busy working just trying to survive. And those not trying to survive are too comfortable and have not been affected yet. However there are some groups , who are watching and waiting . These groups have not been liked by most Americans but it may these groups who are the patriots who actually love the usa and will save us all.

Have fun revolting. I don't like the way things are going in this country, but I realize that any revolution would be snuffed out very quickly. Just realize that it's too late for any of that. The elite has us by the balls and they will do what they want.

setting up democracy is customarily a secondary situation. There are often different winning components which necessitate intervention. ultimately for my section although the respond is not any. I do have faith that we could desire to constantly help freedom combatants who choose democracy and start up up up action to convey it approximately although.

I do not condone revolution in the USA, but some people are very disenchanted with this administration--they feel abandoned by their government. I feel it's a powder keg about to erupt, it's scary.

If only we had elections every few years. Then we could use those to take back the country.
