Do you want to actually add the subtitles to the raw, or do you just want to view the subtitles as you are watching the raw, letting them remain as two seperatly distinct files.

If it is the latter you can just use a media player like MPC (Media Player Classic), then all you need to do is go File> Load Subtitle.

If you want to hardsub the subtitle onto the raw making it into only one file, you need to download another program such as one called VirtualDubMod.

Once in VDM, open up the raw. Then go to Video> Filter> Add> TextSub and then open the sub file there.
After that just compress the video with Xvid or Divx or whatever you want and save it.
